`openclaw reset`

Reset local config/state on the Gateway host (keeps the CLI installed). This is the “start over” tool for broken config, corrupted state, or a clean re-onboarding.

openclaw reset
openclaw reset --dry-run
openclaw reset --scope config+creds+sessions --yes --non-interactive

Tips

Run --dry-run first.
If you only want to fix config drift, reset just config (scope depends on your version).
Keep your workspace under version control if it contains important skills/memory.
